I, Clive Ashley Johnson, hereby give notice that on the
20th day of July 2006, I was appointed receiver of the assets and income of Forest 888 Limited under the general security agreement dated the 18th day of November 2005, granted by Forest 888 Limited in favour of Johnson Family Foundation Limited and South Seas Trust Limited.
