Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of July 2006, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Hoon Hay Club (2004) Incorporated under
the powers contained in a general security agreement against all the present and after acquired property relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Hoon Hay Club (2004) Incorporated.
