Take notice that on the 10th day of July 2006, Malcolm Grant Hollis vacated office by resigning as joint receiver and manager of the above named entities.
Take further notice that Warren Michael Johnstone was appointed, in addition to (and jointly with) Stephen John Tubbs, as receiver and manager of all present and after acquired property of the above named entities.
Warren Michael Johnstone was appointed in place of Malcolm Grant Hollis.
