Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 4th day of July 2006 at 5.05 p.m., Paul Graham Sargison and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Pacific Enterprise Holdings Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Southern Performance Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of November 2004, secured over all present and future personal property of the company.
