Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 4th day of July 2006 at 8.15 a.m., Richard Grant Simpson, of Wellington, and Trevor Francis Thornton, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company under a general security agreement dated the 18th day of May 2005.
