Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kirsty Michelle Shaw, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on the 27th day of
June 2006, appointed as joint receivers and managers
of the property of Bella Estate Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 21st day of June 2005, which property consists of the whole of the assets of the company.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level Two, 127 Durham Street, Tauranga.
