Notice of Appointment of Receiver in Respect of Mortgaged Property
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 27th day of June 2006, I, Jeremy Colin Waters, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver in respect of 160 Grafton Road, Auckland, being Computer Freehold Register 56C/817 (North Auckland Registry)
(“the property”), owned by Citiland Limited.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
