Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of June 2006, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking, assets and property of Camand Holdings Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a general security agreement in favour of Easy Factors International Limited dated the 22nd day of December 2005.
