Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 23rd day
of June 2006, I was appointed as receiver of the property of the above?named company.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the present and after acquired personal property, subject to a general security agreement issued by the company on the 8th day of October 2003.
