Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 6th day of June 2006 at 11.30 a.m., Gerald Stanley Rea and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by North Kaipara Nominees Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Stahpak Limited, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of July 2005, secured over all present and future personal property of the company.
