Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Anthony Waller and Maurice George Noone,
chartered accountants of Auckland and Christchurch respectively, were appointed as joint and several receivers
of the companies under the terms of security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertakings, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 119 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 13?244), Christchurch.
