Take notice that Singer Fire Systems Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Brandons, Solicitors, 32 The Terrace, Wellington, has been placed in receivership by the security holder on the 17th day of May 2006 at 5.00 p.m.
Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Mpower Business Consultancy Limited, whose offices are at Eighth Floor,
86 Victoria Street, Wellington, is appointed as the receiver.
The Property in Receivership is: All the assets of Singer Fire Systems Limited secured by a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of September 2003 over all secured moneys.
