Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Great North Management Limited on the 10th day of May 2006, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 11th day of April 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
