Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on the 12th day of May 2006, Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over
all the assets and undertakings of D & R Goldsmiths (2001) Limited (in receivership), such assets and undertaking comprising manufacturing jewellery.
