Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Payless Cars (North Shore) Limited on the 10th day of May 2006, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 19th day of November 2004 and/or the 2nd day of March 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
