Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Payless Cars Limited on the
10th day of May 2006, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 7th day of May 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
