Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, John Michael Gilbert, hereby give notice that on the 24th day of April 2006 at 10.30 a.m., I was appointed receiver and manager of the assets and undertakings of Shore City Sports Limited pursuant to general security agreements dated the 28th day of September 2005.

the company.
