Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on the 28th day of
April 2006, appointed as joint receivers and managers
of the property of Cablecom Underground Services Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 29th day of July 2004, which property consists of the whole of the undertaking and assets of the company.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level Two, 127 Durham Street, Tauranga.
