Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 15th day of December 2005, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of Fencepost Limited.
The appointment is effected under the terms of a general security agreement in favour of MLT Trust dated the
7th day of October 2005, which was registered on
the Personal Property Securities Register on the 23rd day
of September 2005.
