Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of April 2006 at 9.00 a.m., Anthony Harris was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Majpie Investments Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of December 2005.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.
