We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices are
at Level Two, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (P.O. Box 11 793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were
on the 13th day of April 2006, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named partnership by order of the High Court at Wellington.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of the Arapai Partnership (in receivership), pursuant
to the partnership agreement dated December 2001.
