Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of April 2006, William Guy Black and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of
The Playhouse Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 12th day of February 2002.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.
