I, Clive Ashley Johnson, hereby give notice that on the 18th day of April 2006, I was appointed receiver of the assets and income of Tower Commercial Properties Limited under the general security agreement dated the 12th day of August 2005, granted by Tower Commercial Properties Limited
in favour of Southern Cross Finance Limited, Town and Around Limited, Princeton Securities Limited, Rellim Holdings Limited and Harding Finance Limited.
