Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above named company on the 31st day of March 2006 by Westpac Banking Corporation under the terms of a general security agreement giving the secured party a secured interest over all the present and after acquired property of the company.
The Receivers’ and Managers’ Office and Postal Addresses are: BDO Spicers, Level Eight, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, or P.O. Box 2219, Auckland.
