We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices are
at Level Two, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (P.O. Box 11 793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were on the 30th day of March 2006, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of Namib Transport Limited (in receivership), pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 28th day
of October 2003, over all present and after acquired property.
