Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of March
2006, CCL (Southern) Limited appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Level One, 484 Main Street, Palmerston North, as receiver of the property of CCL (Barber) Limited under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 5th day of April 2005 held by CCL (Southern) Limited.
The secured property is all present and after-acquired property.
