Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on the 21st day of March 2006, Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over
all the assets and undertakings of Tuatara Jewellery Limited (in receivership), such assets and undertaking comprising a jewellery manufacturing operation.
