Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of European Wholesale Limited (in receivership) on the 22nd day of March 2006, by Mascot Finance Limited under the terms of a general security agreement giving the secured party a security interest over all present and after acquired property.
