Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the
above-named companies on the 21st day of March 2006, under the terms of general security agreements giving the secured party a secured interest over all the present and after acquired property of the companies.
The Receivers’ and Managers’ Office and Postal Addresses are: BDO Spicers, Level Eight, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, or P.O. Box 2219, Auckland.
