Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of the above named entities on the 17th day of March 2006, under the terms of general security agreements giving the secured party a security interest over all the property charged by the said debentures or general security agreements.
