Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on the 9th day of March 2006, The Glenys Udy Trust appointed Kim Scott Thompson, chartered accountant, whose office is at WEL Energy House, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton, as receiver and manager under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 17th day of March 2005.
