Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of March 2006, Snowcaps Nominees Limited hereby appointed Murray Neil Frost and Keith Noel McArley, chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Abco Meats Limited under the powers contained in general security deeds dated the 1st day of May 2002 and the
13th day of August 2004 given by that company.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
