Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 8th day of March 2006, Instant Funding Limited, being the holder of a general security deed dated the 9th day of November 2005, and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 22nd day of November 2005 issued to it by Strawberry Fields Limited (“the company”), appointed Brett Christopher Hoddle, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
The Receiver’s and Manager’s Address is: Brett Hoddle Consultants, Unit 43, Pueblo, 21 Armoy Drive, Botany Downs, Auckland.
