Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 7th day of March 2006, we, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above named company.
The appointment is effective pursuant to powers conferred by a general security agreement granted by the company.
