Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Stephen James Scott and Joseph Craig McNeill, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Wilkes & Prior Limited
by special resolution of the shareholders on the 18th day of December 2006 at 1.00 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.

Note: The liquidation is that of a solvent company and is being done due to a change in shareholding. The company being liquidated is not to be confused with the business of Wilkes Trading Limited, which continues to operate.
