Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of December 2006 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mini (Wellington) Limited, Mini (Auckland) Limited, Mini (Hamilton) Limited and Mini Media Limited be put in liquidation and that Peter Carroll Morpeth, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed the 10th day of January 2007, as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the company’s assets.
