Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Anthony Charles Harris, insolvency practitioner of Harris Neil & Associates
Limited, was appointed liquidator of W Logging Limited
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of December 2006 at 10.47 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 28th day of February 2007, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
