Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of
Three Steps Ahead Limited by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 11th day of December 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
23rd day of January 2007, as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
