Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of December 2006 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies
be put into liquidation and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 11th day of December 2006 at 12.00 midday.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 19th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
