Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Elite Consulting Limited be liquidated and that Hamish John Pryde, of Brumby Simpson Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
26th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims my have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
