Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Durham Smith Limited
be liquidated and that David William Cope, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of December 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
25th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
