Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of BELM Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Lindsay John Brown as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of December 2006 at 12.00 midday.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 12th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidator.
