Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Be-Witched Limited and Glendhu Projects Limited (both struck off):
Notice is hereby given that the companies were placed into liquidation on the 30th day of November 2006 at 11.10 a.m. and 11.22 a.m. respectively, with the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds and Gilbert Dale Chapman as joint and several liquidators.
The liquidators fix the 30th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
