Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Together Limited be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of November 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
