Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of November 2006, it was resolved
by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lifestyle Construction Services Limited be liquidated and that Matthew Graeme Bellingham, chartered accountant of Albany, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of November 2006 at 2.00 p.m.
