Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that we, John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of Cornagrea Holdings Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2006 at 12.30 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix the 19th day of January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
