Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Great Creations Limited be liquidated and that Kiran Dutt, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2006 at 8.35 a.m.
