Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of November 2006, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Valley Royal Farm Limited be liquidated and
that Nigel Hicks, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of November 2006.
