Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 28th day of November 2006, the shareholders of
the above-named company passed a special resolution
that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed
a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of December 2006, as the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
