Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cawson Management Services Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of November 2006 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Cawson Management Services Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 22nd day of December 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
